You can withdraw bonus winnings only after completing the applicable wagering requirements. If you request a withdrawal of your remaining deposit before then, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited.
Your current withdrawal limit is shown in the withdrawal section of the cashier. Daily, weekly or monthly limits may apply depending on your account and loyalty status. If your amount exceeds the payment provider’s limit, we pay it in instalments. Large winnings may also be split into monthly instalments. Bonus winnings are additionally subject to the maximum winnings limits of the relevant promotion.

If your request is still pending, we may still be processing it or may need additional documents. An extra review can also delay the withdrawal. If the withdrawal has already been approved, the remaining wait depends on your payment provider.
